My Approach

I aim to enter our session together with a calming presence in an effort to capture your family authentically. No need to rush or have anything prepared ahead of time. I will direct you with easy to follow prompts and fun movements while also capturing how you interact naturally. I will work to position you for the best composed shots, but let you hold each other, laugh, dance just as you do on a friday night in your pjs.

My Goal

My goal is for you to feel relaxed and truly yourself, because that is what’s worth preserving. Of course, we’ll capture that Christmas card worthy photo and all the combinations you’ll want to frame. But I also hope to deliver images that feel deeply like you in this season of life. The way their head rests on your shoulder, their feet dangling, the moments where you can almost hear their laugh. More than anything, I want you to enjoy the experience, make memories with your family, and trust me to document pieces of your story for you and generations to come.
